POVZETEK

V pričujočem besedilu so predstavljeni rezultati preizkušanj nekaterih ukrepov za zmanjšanje hitrosti motornih vozil. Predstavljeni sta optična in akustična zavora, ki vsaka na svoj način psihološko vpliva na voznika, da prilagodi hitrost vožnje lokalnim razmeram.

Ukrepe za zmanjšanje hitrosti motornih vozil smo preizkusili v realnem okolju in z metodo prej -pozneje ugotovili njihov vpliv na hitrost prometnega toka.

SUMMARY

The results of testing some measures that assure the restriction on the driving speed of motor vehicles are given. Two measures - the optical and the accoustic barrier - are presented in detail. The both psychologically affect the driver, thus making him adjust the driving speed to local conditions.

The measures leading to lower driving speeds were tested on site, and their effect of the speed of the traffic stream were established by the before / after metode.
