Povzetek

Konstrukcijski ukrepi, s katerimi se doseže ustrezna stopnja potresne odpornosti starih zidanih zgradb, so nujni sestavni del revitalizacijskih posegov. Metode ojačitev posameznih konstrukcijskih elementov in matematične analize konstrukcij so razvite na podlagi analiz posledic rušilnih potresov, izkušenj, dobljenih pri sanacijah zgradb po potresih, in na temelju laboratorijskih raziskav ter teoretičnih študij. V zadnjem desetletju se vse večja pozornost posveča revitalizaciji starih urbanih središč in kulturnih spomenikov, kjer se uporabljajo sodobne metode in tehnike sanacij. S tem se zagotavlja obstanek obnovljenih zgradb tudi ob pojavu potresov razmeroma velike intenzitete, ki jih lahko pričakujemo v naših krajih.

Summary

Structural interventions to achieve the adequate level of seismic resistance of old masonry buildings are inevitable part of buildings’ renewal. The methods of strengthening the individual structural elements and buildings and numerical analyses of structures have been developed on the basis of post-earthquake observations and experiences obtained during aseismic strengthening of earthquake-damaged buildings, but also on the basis of laboratory and on-site experimental investigations and theoretical studies. During the last decade, attention is being paid to the renewal of old urban nuclei and cultural monuments. Modern techniques of repair and strengthening of old buildings are employed, by means of which the adequate behaviour of renewed buildings is ensured even when subjected to strongest expected earthquakes.
