Problems of constructing of precast heavy facade elements
Synopsis
The article deals with t'he problems of precast heavy facade elements which in the last years found an increasing use in our construction engineering. Some successfully executed cases prove it. Here are considered: problems of project team formation; composition of the complete project documentation (»integral
project«); demands of structural physics; problem of diffusion and condensate; facade areas; heat conditions of the fagade; joining of the fagade elements. Considered are in detail the criteria for a successful construction of prefabricated heavy fagade elements particularly with regard tn the reinforcement.
