Synopsis

The network design technique is used in those projects having an unique character as for instance in the construction engineering where the work is rendered more difficult because of different locations of building structure, where the construction follows different designs, where the manpower empfloyment, mechanization of work, financial means etc. are subjected to strong variation. The course of work is much affected by the different factors as for instance: weather conditions, materials shortage, manpower etc. The article shows the convenience of the network technique just for such projects where all possible working conditions are hardly to predict. The negative effects of different dead-locks and changes can also be reduced to a minimum by the network technique.
