GRADNJA HE KRŠKO NA SPODNJI SAVI

Povzetek

Na odseku spodnje Save se v letu 2012 zaključuje gradnja 43 MW pretočne hidroelektrarne (HE) Krško. Z 9,3 m hidravličnega padca in 500 m3/s inštaliranega pretoka bodo tri Kaplanove turbine letno proizvajale v povprečju 155 GWh električne energije. Zaradi nedostopnosti levega brega, omejenega prostora za ureditev gradbišča, bližine glavne ceste in železnice ter globokih izkopov v lokalno močno pretrti dolomitni hribini je bila gradnja HE Krško zahtevnejša v primerjavi z drugimi stopnjami na spodnji Savi. Izpeljana je bila fazno v dveh gradbenih jamah. V prvi so bila dela zaključena v letu 2009, v drugi pa v začetku leta 2012. Dodatna problema gradnje sta bili dve veliki poplavi v letih 2009 in 2010. V članku so najprej podani osnovni tehnični podatki elek-trarne in gradbišča, nato pa podrobneje opisane faze gradnje in konstrukcijski detajli. Ti vključujejo več začasnih konstrukcij: ločne pregrade, masivni betonski vodnjaki, sidrane brežine in razpore v obliki prednapetih betonskih gred.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE KRŠKO HPP ON THE LOWER SAVA RIVER

Summary

The Krško HPP is a 43-MW run-of-the-river type HPP that is termina-ting on the lower Sava river reach. With a 9.3-m hydraulic head and 500 m3/s installed discharge, three Kaplan type turbines will annually generate 155 GWh of electric energy on an average. Due to the inaccessibility of the left river bank, the limited construction space in the narrow valley, the vicinity of the main road and the railway as well as deep excavations in locally strongly fractured dolomite bedrock, the construction of the Krško HPP was rather complicated as compared to the other stages of the chain. A staged approach with two construction pits was applied, with the first stage completed in 2009 and the second one completed in 2012. Two extreme floods with their consequences also added to the list of problems to be solved during the construction time. First, an overview of the power plant technical data and of the construction site is given in the paper, which is followed by the detailed description of selected construction phases and details. They include several temporary structures including small arch dams, large concrete piles, anchored banks, and temporary concrete girder supports for spillway construction.
